How billing works

  • · Your first 3 pilot leads are delivered free — $0, no charge.
  • · From the 4th lead on (after you continue), $1,500 is charged when the lead is delivered to your CRM — a logged HTTP 2xx response.
  • · A delivered paid lead can be disputed by email within 48 hours; approved disputes are refunded to your card. The 48-hour window is a post-delivery refund, not a condition of the charge.

Common questions

Do I pay anything to start?

No. There is no deposit and no contract to start — you save a card and $0 is charged today. Your first 3 pilot leads are delivered free. If you continue after the pilot with the refundable $3,000 exclusivity deposit, leads are $1,500 each — billed only when actually delivered to your CRM.

What if a lead is not a fit?

Free pilot leads carry no charge, so there is nothing to dispute. Each paid lead (after the pilot) has a 48-hour dispute window — wrong number, out-of-state, duplicate, no actual injury, and similar categories can be filed by email to records@caregiverhelpnow.com; approved disputes are refunded.

Can I pause or cancel?

There is no annual contract. Routing to your firm can be paused on request. If you later place the $3,000 exclusivity deposit, it is refundable per the partner terms.
