When a lead is billable
You're charged $1,500 only when the lead is successfully delivered to your CRM (a logged HTTP 2xx response). Failed deliveries are never billed — we retry, then fall back to emailing you the brief. Disputes: file by email to records@caregiverhelpnow.com within 48 hours; approved disputes are fully refunded.
How a lead reaches your firm
- 1.A claimant submits an inquiry via CareSentinel, verified against the CMS provider record (CCN).
- 2.We attach the facility compliance record — CCN, violation history, CMP totals, SFF / abuse-icon status.
- 3.The lead — caller contact details plus the facility compliance record — is delivered to your CRM as a flat record (Lead Docket / Law Ruler / Zapier), with a PDF record and a CMS Care Compare provenance link.
- 4.Stripe charges the flat per-lead fee to your card on file only after delivery is confirmed.
