Terms

To start
No deposit, no long-term commitment. Save a card — $0 is charged today.
Per lead
Priced by reported case severity ($2,000 / $800), billed on confirmed CRM delivery from your first lead.
Exclusivity
One firm per state (basis: facility state). No additional firms are placed in a state you hold.
Keeping your state
No deposit. Your exclusive hold continues while you’re actively receiving and working leads; if leads go unreceived or unworked, the hold may be released and the state reopens to other firms.
Invalid leads
An objectively invalid lead (unreachable — with documented contact attempts — out-of-jurisdiction, duplicate, or no actual injury, i.e. no physical harm and no medical intervention), flagged within 7 calendar days, is replaced with a credit toward your next valid lead — not a refund.

When a lead is billable

You're charged the lead's tier price only when the lead is successfully delivered to your CRM (a logged HTTP 2xx response). Failed deliveries are never charged. Invalid leads: flag an objective defect (unreachable with documented contact attempts, out-of-jurisdiction, duplicate, no actual injury — no physical harm and no medical intervention) by email to records@caregiverhelpnow.com within 7 calendar days; once verified, your next valid lead is delivered as a replacement credit, not a refund.

How a lead reaches your firm

  1. 1.A claimant submits an inquiry via CareSentinel, verified against the CMS provider record (CCN).
  2. 2.We attach the facility compliance record — CCN, violation history, CMP totals, SFF / abuse-icon status.
  3. 3.The lead — caller contact details, the claimant-reported incident (harm types and outcome), and the facility compliance record — is delivered to your CRM as a flat record (Filevine/Lead Docket, Litify/Salesforce, Lawmatics — or any CRM via Zapier), with a PDF of the facility's federal CMS file and a Care Compare provenance link.
  4. 4.Stripe charges the lead's tier price to your card on file only after delivery is confirmed.
